No, according to the laws and hygiene regulations, alcohol or smoking is not allowed in the vehicles.
All the vehicles have compulsory accident and seat insurance. certificate (D2) Except for certificates of authority given to commercial vehicles by Ministry of Transport,
If Its requested we can put the vehicle baby seat free.(only one will be free )
If you flight is cancelled, then you must call the emergency number for the representative which is shown on your booking confirmation voucher. By advising them of the cancellation of your flight and of your new arrival details, we may be able to reschedule your transfer at no extra cost.
No no no , you do not need to pay any extra fee when your flight is delayed.NO extra stress. Our driver will be present and waiting and you can be rest-assured that they will not leave you helpless. Flight arrival times are monitored by our representatives and drivers will be advised of your new arrival time.
A private transfer will normally be waiting ready for you upon arrival. Shuttle services operate on a regular basis and you should expect to wait no longer than 60 minutes.
Instructions for finding your arrival transport is in your email confimation, please read this very carefully as it will be fundamental to you meeting the representative Galaxy Travel or Galaxy Travel driver on the airport or by your door.
The price of a single ticket includes a one-way journey for the route booked. A return ticket includes both the arrival and departure journeys for the route booked. Our shared shuttle services are priced per passenger, whereas with private vehicles such as car and minibuses, these are priced per vehicle. Please note that the price does not include tips, which is at the passenger's discretion.
Once you've completed your booking,The Galaxy Travel then makes the appropriate arrangements according to the information you provided when making your booking. After we check your booking than you will have confirmation or cancellation email from us. It is therefore imperative that you provide the correct information when booking, as Galaxy Travel cannot be held responsible for errors in service due to incorrect information provided at time of booking.
